Watching the Spurs execute plays on the court during this playoff run was akin to watching the Bolshoi Ballet !! Flawless !!

Congrats to the Spurs and fans!

You guys probably have the most underrated dynasty in sports history. But, you seem to take it in stride. All you do is win.

Just announced that the river parade is on Wednesday at 6pm. Haven't they usually been on Saturday? It's hard to get downtown on a weeknight by 6..

Anybody else have possible insight about that parade? I'm coming from Houston in the afternoon but might just go straight to the alamodome, park and walk to the Riverwalk and back for the 9pm ceremony.

Will it be tough to see the festivities on the river walk or should I just skip that and watch it on the big screen at the alamodome ?

Some employers are letting employees leave work early on the day of the parade. I imagine it will be a real challenge getting around downtown that day. You could probably do both if you are up for the challenge and willing to walk.

We reserved a table for 15 at Casa Rio in the shade on the assumption that they would win. Good thing we assumed right b/c it is gonna be crazy down there. Plus like 110 degrees. The Arneson is only for those with "credentials" whatever that means. I am sure you could sneak in there though. I read the details on ksat.com but I cannot find the article anymore???
