WOW! I was a VERY young girl when my parents used to go there.

I do remember them having good home cooking.

Wasn't it owned by Jimmy Dean or someone that was a singer (Country type)??? Just in front of Windsor Mall and another on I think SW Military drive.

There was also one on the NW corner of the Fair Ave, Gevers, and Goliad intersection. There are still 10 restaurants left according to their website: Famous Fables from all around...

They better give us one hell of a group discount (^_~) We just have to figure out which is the better drive. According to Google Maps the one in Enterprise, Alabama is 824 miles away (12 horus and 58 minutes) while the one in Sierra Vista, Arizona is 854 miles away (11 hours and 39 minutes). Do you think they still use the same ingredients after all these years? Most business models tend to call for cheaper ingredients as time goes by.
