I refinanced my home years ago as part of our divorce and believe my "ex" had signed quit claim form. Is there a way to confirm if my "ex" is removed from the deed?

The reason why I ask because just recently my "ex" was ready to sell the other house that we had owned together (before divorce) and needed me to sign quit claim again which I already did when he refinanced that house years ago, but he told me we didn't do it right so my name was still on the deed.

Thanks in advanced!

Start by searching the Bexar Appraisal District records. By putting in the property address in the link below, it should list the current owner of the property.

This site didn't find my home address. Just noticed the site location is in San Antonio. My property is in San Diego.
How do I change to San Diego?

You posted the question on the San Antonio, Texas forum, so I assumed you were located in the San Antonio area. The site was for properties within Bexar county, Texas; which is the county San Antonio is in.

As for San Diego, I can't help you. Maybe there is a forum there where you can post a question?
