Its a hard decision though, would love to know what you find out as well!
Can you even transfer from district to district in that area? Or school to school, unless there's some type of program you are transferring for? I know that's a thing in urban districts, but suburban well rated schools? I have never heard of being able to choose high schools in Comal, Northeast, Northside, Alamo Heights, etc. If you moved to somewhere in the neighborhood that is zoned for one school, you may be stuck with that school.
