lol, I live in a dorm, not an appt or anything. Honestly I couldn't afford to live in the area either (except for the dorm)... Did you go to O'Connor? and/or Stevenson?? What college do you go to?

I went to Stevenson and Marshall... way back in the '80's (for both). As for college, I went to UTSA (living in an apartment in the Med Center).

When I got married, we looked for an older/historic home in an established neighborhood. Monte Vista was way, way too expensive, so we settled on Monticello Park just down the road.

seems odd how so many live outside of the city, when the city is the majority of the area!

I live in Northeastern Minnesota where we still have snowbanks and the snows is still coming down. In about 2 years, my husband and I are planning on retiring in Texas....possible Kerrville or Cedar Park............both sound nice but have never been to either one.

What would be your choice....................help me out here................thankyou
