Looking for someone to install a Grab Bar to a Tile Wall.
I understand a "Diamond Bit" MUST be used to drill into Ceramic Tile.
I already have the "Grab Bar" and the "WingIts Anchors/Fasteners Mounts" to secure it.
I just need an EXPERIENCED, Trustworthy, Responsible person who has done it before and not just watched how it is done on UTube.
Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

As a first time to do it, I've done it in three bathrooms at my house. Trivial project. Masonry bit works fine. Just be sure you know exactly where you want it, figuring out the best place for it is most important.

A diamond bit is not absolutely necessary.

When I broke my hip two years ago I put one by the commode.

I taught a friend to do it for me.

Whatever bit you use, they tend to dance around on ceramic tile.

After marking I always put a little divot chipping into the ceramic where I want the bit to dig in.

You're right about having someone experienced.

Best if you can run the screws into a stud. There's always a chance that wing nuts will pull out.

yes Masonry bit is fine. Used with a hammer drill.

I've done dozens of these over the last 50 years.

And you're absolutely right - Mark the position carefully.

Thank you for all the information about "how to" ...... However....as my original post states,...."I'm really looking for someone to install a Grab Bar to a Tile Wall for me" ... because I'm not up to tackling the job myself.

And won't it have to be secured into the stud behind the tile/wall?
