Is it a 2-lane highway, or 4-lane?

It has been about 25 years since I was out that way, so I don't remember what the road was like.

thanks for any help!

Mostly 2-lanes west of Uvalde, with the exception of the Del Rio area, and Hondo to Uvalde, which are 4-lanes.

Hondo to Uvalde is 4 lanes? I don't remember that for some reason. Do you mean 4 lanes on both sides or total?
