Progress is halted on the train tunnel until The Edwards Underground Water Authority completes its' study on whether or not the Aquifer would be harmed in any by the boring of a train tunnel from the Airport to downtown.
I say, Don't. As far as a rail, we are not densely populated enough to make one feasible.
