If the residence listed as being in Terrell Heights is the place I think it is, it would actually be a large estate just outside Terrell Heights.

I drive down FM1560 every morning and afternoon and there is a house around the Braun intersection that has the sprinklers on in the morning and the afternoon 7 days a week.

Their grass is a bright dark green while everyone else's grass is brown or gone by now.

I wonder how much water they use or why they can't conserve.

because they're obviously much more important than everyone else on the street.. I think everyone has at least one of them unfortunately

Every cell has a sink and toilet. Every inmate has little else to do besides flush the toilet.
