I think you'll find what you're looking for at the Jazz Poets Society that meets from 6-8pm on Tuesday evenings at Guadalupe Street Coffee just west of downtown next to the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center.

Default Spoken Word

Loretta's Finest in Schertz is starting up a Spoken Word night. They serve excellent soul food. Their number is 210-945-8700. Ask for Scottie or Bobbie.

I don't know of any lounges right off hand, but I'm the organizer for clean open mic for poets and song at the Schertz Public Library. If interested call the library assistant and ask for Lizzie. I'm the featured poet for March 19th 6:30- 8:00 with a little song. You can leave your contact information with her and she will let me know. Thanks! Teresa
