Anyone notice that the "Coming Soon" sign in front of the Home Depot that says Party City and OfficeMax now includes a IHOP logo? Guess they're going forward with IHOP after all (It's been on the site plan for a while).

Wonder when it will be completed.

My wife will be thrilled!! We have been eagerly waiting for the Jim's on the corner to open, but now IHOP will be even better (for her - I can live without it).

There's supposed to be an IHOP at Ingram & 151 according to one of the developer's maps. No action so far but the hotel is about 2/3rds completed.

That Bandera IHOP is the slowest restaurant I've been to in San Antonio. I can't say "in my life" because once I waited 1.5 hours for a hamburger at Denny's in Provo, UT after a BYU football game.

Jim's is just slow rolling the build in order to have a grand opening in conjunction with the toll roads opening...

Speaking of slow....anybody been to the Bandera/410 or Marbach/410 Jim's lately ??? When you go in they could care less if you're there to eat or just hang-out. It wasn't this way a couple of years ago when they actually waited on you within 5 minutes of arrival....The one at Bandera\1604 is OK, food is good & service pretty fast...

IHOP does have it's moments though. They're not all the same...some good, some bad and some very bad..
