That's the beauty about copyright,
Maybe whoever came up with the idea of putting lights under a bridge should sue all of them

I moved the image because CityData will not respect my rights and follow the TOS and remove his post because he posted a copyrighted image that did not belong to him, and according to the TOS thats a big NO NO.

CLICK to see image.. That is fantastic! I wish they would do that here in El Paso, near downtown.
the first time i saw the underpass change colors off 10th st in mcallen it reminded me of the arches that change colors off I-10 in el paso near downtown.

Muhnay, I've known bloggers and others, when that happened, to replace the photo or whatever with something that says "If you're seeing this anywhere but X, it has been stolen" or something about copyright. Usually does the trick.

TXHorseLady.. the TOS is quite clear on posting images that do not belong to me, you, or that guy over there.. well anyone is what I am getting at. I reported the use of an image off my site used without my permission, and I was ignored. If CityData is going to ignore their own Terms Of Service, then why shouldnt we all? Right? I moved the image within my own site to stop the use of the image.. but I should not of had too.. a Mod should of taken care of it.

The Arches that half dont work now.. the ones that were to distract from the Train Yard right there, but fail to do so? Why didn't they just build a wall like other cities do, with a fancy mural in the stone work? Yeah but the idea they have there would of been killer on the underpasses there near downtown, just about where your talking about.

Sometimes they are not around. When that happens, you can DM one of the senior mods Yac or markablue and they will take care of it.
