I haven't compared the calorie counts or other values, but I think it's just like going anywhere for a meal, dessert, or snack...you have to make choices that are right for you. And imo, Jamba Juice really goes a long way in catering to vegan and other dietary choices AND they use fresh fruit. And you can watch them make the stuff so you aren't guessing about what went in your drink!
May have the same amount of calories as a candy bar, but at least it's nutrient dense and on the healthier side of the scale!

I would rather have a fruit smoothie from JJ that will give me energy and the nutrients that I need as opposed to a large Coke or an order of fries that will leave me feeling lethargic. Also, just because there is a large it doesn't mean you need a large. Food/Drink should be in moderation.
