Thanks everyone! I'm going to try the saltwater thing-and a sleeping pill! maybe a good nights sleep will help too.

Also, as much vitamin C as you can get your hands on. Mucinex is good for clearing the chest, I dont know about the head (sinuses).
Oh my Lord. Are you related to me? Did you grow up in Central Illinois? No one outside of Central Illinois has ever heard of "snuffing/snorting saltwater"! (Or at least they don't cop to it.)

I agree about disgusting but effective.

I had to send saltwater through my sinuses after I had surgery on them. It's very effective at cleaning them out and pretty disgusting after you've had surgery. You're all lucky I don't have pictures of that..

I even looked to see if there might be something in the air, but nope. I hope you get to feeling better so you can enjoy the va-cay!

Thanks for the review....I keep meaning to go in there and give them a try. His wife cut my hair once, when the hot dog place was a hair salon. Kind of a weird transition, but being right there next to the gym is also funny.

Yes, I'm sure his wife was incredibly relieved about that.
