I just e-mailed a friend of mine whose husband works on Hood to make sure everything is OK with them.

anyone used those no-line progressive lenses? I finally broke down and bought some glasses because they were by Oakley and looked really nice. Problem is I can't see jack with them, but I know the prescription is good because I have a pair from the military that have the exact same prescription. I can see good up close using the bottom of the lens, but the top is very distorted and there is only a small depth of field. Everything thing else is a big blur. They're also about twice as small as the ones in the store somehow. I don't even think they would fit my wife. The best part was I asked for them to be mailed to me because I didn't want to drive up to La Cantera. The sales person called yesterday to say they were ready to be picked up and I reminded her I wanted them mailed, so they came today via UPS second-day AIR... all the way down a small stretch of 1604

I had no idea there were that many schools on Ft Hood....all on lock down.

Any news to WHY these three soldiers did this yet??? This is so bizarre and sad.

My friend's nephew is on Ft. Hood, but he is OK.

I feel so bad for the ones who "don't know"...that has got to be up there in the top 10 hardest things in life.

I know. I read there are two middle schools and 7 elementary schools. I knew the base was huge, but that's crazy huge.
as far as your other question.. there is speculation and they have released a name that could lead to other speculation, but I'll leave it at that

I have a feeling the driver probably took it and muttered something about their brain power under his breath..
