Hi, all.
I'd like to know about your opinion on subdivision "raintree". It is right next to 1604 and west of 35. Actually, I am very seriously thinking one house in that area. I already inspected house, and it turns out fine. However, I don't know about the area.
It is barely within NEISD, and foxrun el, wood ms, and madison HS.

I'm no expert, but I have a friend who's lived there for several years and she likes it. She goes jogging and walks her dog with no safety concerns. It seems like a pretty quiet neighborhood from what I've seen. Her husband is a car dealer mechanic and she's a nurse. I think the area's really convenient, too.
