I've been told to go to the law library, but can someone tell me what happens after that? Do I have to copy something? Are there any forms online? Please help me get rid of this man. Thanks!

There are no children and no property, just lots of debt

A simple divorce, no property, or children, can be done without lawyers just papers, yes, cost about $50 for filing, I think its about 3 to 5 pages total. If both of you agree and don't need to be served, then it will go easy, otherwise, it could run a little more. I've done the paperwork from the internet, less than $35 7 years ago.

I just finished a do-it-yourself divorce in San Antonio. No kids, amicable. Download "Texas Pro-Se Handbook" online and buy forms online $50 - multiple sources/choices. Filing fee with Bexar County was $273. 60 day wait from initial petition filing. and 60 day backlog to wait for final hearing.

7 pages for final decree
2-3 pages for initial petition
