I know one thing: my trip to Bullet Hole takes substantially less time now.
I do know that taking Hwy 151 to Hwy 90 will cut 10 miles off your trip instead of going down Loop 1604 to Hwy 90 and East to where Hwy 151 intersects near 36th Street (I checked both ways a while back). Of course, that would be 20 miles roundtrip.

Hi! We are building in Alamo Ranch. Pulte is our builder and our home is in the Woodbury Grant area(gated). We are scheduled to close June 22! Come on out and explore around the Ranch! We love it more and more each time we are there! It's truly beautiful!

Sorry I didn't see your earlier post....There are lots of trees all over AR. I'd say the Preserve has more than its share. They make a point about the fact that they built around the trees. I have a Pulte though. It's got one of the best locations for trees and proximity to schools, but really everybody on that side of AR pkwy has good lots so it's just a preference thing. The 1604 route is about the same as the 151 route time-wise. If you get green lights you save like 3 minutes but the best thing is you don't have to wait for all the traffic you run into on the 410/90 interchange going to WHMC.....fyi.
