Hey there,
My boyfriend and I were looking to settle down in San Antonio. We are from Corpus but we need to find jobs to settle in with. He is a ex-Marine and would like to find something on a military base as a civilian. I am a computer science major and also a pharmacy tech. We are both in our 20's and just would like to see if there is anything in the future for the both of us in San Antonio. Can anyone point us to the right direction to find a great job?

Check out USAJOBS.OPM.GOV

On the location block, move down to TX and then scroll down to San Antonio in particular...it will list all the CIVIL SERVICE positions currently open...lots listed, about 9 pages or so. Do not rule out or exclude the CONTRACT postions open on all the bases as well, however being a Vet your boyfriend has hiring preference over non-vets with Civil Service, and if he is 30% or more disabled by the VA rating, gets even more preference for hiring.

Good luck!
