It is not a suggestion but gave me a good laugh today. The mcdonalds at the walmart had a sign advertising that you could have a kids birthday party there. I bet that is the best. A party at a mcdonalds with no playground in a walmart. Guess it speeds up gift returns

We're having DD's 3rd bday party at Magik Theatre (downtown). They're currently performing Pinkalicious (one of her favorite books). They do the "party" after the show for an hour, we'll have a guest appearance by Pinkalicious herself. Should be neat!
