I have noticed a lot more kids around during the week lately compared with last year and am wondering why. Pedley Elementary is the school which serves our neighborhood. Is this an all-year-round school? I recall it being very quiet last year. The kids were let off by their busses around 3:30PM every weekday but this year it seems like the schedule has changed. Is school letting out earlier than usual - like around noon?

Wow, when I was in grade school minimum days were a very special occasion b/c they were so rare. It seems like the schools must not want to pay the teachers and give lots of short days as a result.
