I agree 100%. As the saying goes, you have to pay to live in paradise. I have lived in many other places.

Let's get one thing straight. People talk about all the gangs etc.but in reality California has a relatively low crime rate. Texas is much worse as is the whole mid-west. It is all documented for anybody to check.

i am not the biggest fan of california, better said, south Ca, i like north...California is great in making money, investments..

if you have money, California is a great place to be..you do not like a place in CA, guess what,if you have money,you move to another...

but if you have no money,hmm..no money, no job, California is not for you.....sorry, here money talks!!you have money, you live in a good,safe neighborhood...you have great food, great school, great leisure activities...and so on...
