I would try Chino Hills or Diamond Bar.

Eastvale is north of Norco, around Limonite and to the west of the 15. You could travel east on local roads or the 15. To North OC either via Grand and the 57, or south on the 71 and west on the 91, but that is extra miles and the 91 is something to aviod.

I'd stay closer to the 10 than the 91. Therefore Chino Hills is probably your best bet.

The 91 freeway is horrible. I use to think the 10 was the worst freeway in the IE but its definitely the 91. Driving the 10 to the 15 is worth dealing with the 91 most days.

You're going to deal with traffic no matter what if you need to be in a middle point.

Going to LA. Up the 71 or 57 to the 10 sucks.
Going to OC. The 91 sucks. The 55 isn't that bad. Enjoy the 5...not so bad in OC but the 5 lets you know when you are in LA county when it shrinks down to 3 lanes. What a horrible freeway.
Going to Eastvale (very random BTW, you must be in real estate/construction) - the 91 on both sides is bad. Not as bad going east but there is constant construction at the 91/15 junction.

I lived in Chino Hills for 8 years so I'm somewhat familiar with the traffic on the 91/60/10 freeways. I'm going to guess most of your clients will be in south LA County, and Orange County, since Eastvale isn't exactly an industrial powerhouse of a city. I would not live further east than Yorba Linda unless you have to in order to stay within your housing budget. Yorba Linda, Anaheim, Anaheim Hills, Fullerton and Santa Ana would be a good place to base yourself. You could even stray slightly outside of that area if you're willing to spend a bit more time commuting. The 91 is not that bad from 9am-2pm along that corridor. If you can schedule your meetings to be avoid the freeway outside of those hours it will not be bad.

I'd say live west of the 241 or around the 60-57 merge. Both areas should give you a decent commute to the IE/OC areas.
