It always will be easy for criminals and terrorists to get guns. See: Every terrorist attack EVER.

Same thing with gun crimes in other countries where guns are either illegal or severely restricted...

Gun control laws only inconvenience legitimate people from getting guns
Except RIGHTS are open to interpretation, they are not set in stone. Also there are many guns you don't have access to. Is this an infringement on your rights?

Apparently multiple shooters in multiple locations. This has ISIS written all over it.

If all of this proves true, it suggests that this was a well thought out attack. I keep thinking that if the shooter(s) did escape, that all they had to do was drop down on 10 and they could be anywhere in So. Calif. by now.

Apparently, they're also evacuating county employees from a nearby office building.
If this is in fact the case I'd have to believe that this is a terrorist attack on US soil. And if that's what is eventually determined and confirmed, it was only a matter of time for it to happen. Foreign governments / nations are really getting sick and tired of America setting the "standards" to what they have to believe is normal and acceptable human behavior.

I think the gunmen escaped early on. That's why the emergency people been so casual about where they walk etc. They knew they were gone in the first half hour.

The Inland Regional Center might not have been the target - is appears the shooters opened fire in a room that was being used by the SB County folks for a holiday party.

Lots of cameras in SoCal. Lots of PD cars with plate readers too.

This is a bit of a strange coincidence, but apparently last week a nearby Walgreens in San Bernardino was evacuated after they received a phoned in bomb threat. SWAT was called in but no bomb was found. http://www.sbsun.com/general-news/20...-due-to-threat

Probably just a coincidence, but could also be they were checking out how police would respond in an emergency.
