Good morning, like many Californias I have been effected by the wildfires this year. I had to file a claim (September) with my insurance company and they were nice about it paid for everything and we were done. Fast forward to now I am effected again this time worst, I literally have photos of ash the size of a dime in my palm coming down.

My question (s).

Is there a limit on the number of times I can file?

I really dont want my policy to be terminated because of filing 1-3 claims possibly in the same year.

I understand how insurance works but it's not the homeowner's fault these incidents were not caused by us, and our premium goes up with each claim.

As of this morning the governor has declared a state of emergency.

Thank you
