There is a huge Albino community in Buenos Aires, Argentina just east of the Jewish Quarter. I've thought about opening a hat shop in that vicinity.

I grew up in Clifton, NJ and we had what was called an Albino Village.

We also had a Midgetville, but that actually referred to the size of the houses, not the people. They got sick and tired of people driving through their neighborhood and some would get downright nasty! It didn't help that Midgetville is off of Annie's road, another famous Jersey road, so many teens went there on Halloween night.
