I wanna make this as painless as possible x.xOccupation: E-5 Military - going to 32nd street for 4-ish yearsStatus: Single femaleKids: A 40 pound Keeshond & 1 black cat (...does a cornsnake count too? lol)Budget: Trying to stay under the $1200/$1300 rangeDreaming of: 2 bedroom apt since I use to spare room as my work room (computer repair, crafting, painting, etc) or a 1 bed w/den. Anything with patio/porch or park area close by, I LOVE the outdoors! Maybe even a small townhome or ranch?Notes: I really do like the quiet. I'm not a party girl and have a fear that my motorcycle will get stolen if I live anywhere near the city. I don't mind a 30 min drive or so to get where I need to go...but I really don't know what places are considered a good/safe area for me and my dog.

I just saw a sign for a place for rent across the street from me. 2BR/1Bath condo $1300. It's part of a 4 unit building. I'm sure they allow pets, as our HOA doesn't have any large pet restrictions. Area is fairly quiet, though it's right next to the 56/15 interchange.

I'm also in condos at the 56/15 intersection. I don't know if you're in the same HOA, but ours does have a large pet restriction.
To the OP, check with the HOA for whatever condo you rent, if you go that route.
