What is the average cost of a 1 bedroom apartment in the North Park, South park, ect areas?
I am moving there in january and I want to make sure I can afford it. I also have a dog. He is a medium sized dog, 60 pounds.
Ive been looking on craigslist but craigslist is so crazy and off sometimes that I want to get some locals opinions.
Any advice and tips you have would be fantastic!
Thanks

What kind of dog do you have? You may have a problem renting with its weight, but just keep looking. A lot of places have weight limits of 30lbs and under.

One bedroom I would say $950 to $1,200. It depends on area and amenities of course.
