Living as some do, in the hippie circles of so many Northern California towns, one can easily reach the bizarre conclusion that OC is SD's most horrible neighbor when there's just average to below average Riverside County, junky/trashy Imperial County, and that terribly mismanaged foreign country to the south of San Diego.

its very rare to find well dressed San Diegans, regardless of where you are.

This city is just way too laid back for that.

Way to be ridiculously judgmental. All those neighboring places have something to offer certain people. That being said, OC is the highest end neighbor with beautiful beaches and a lot to offer. Traffic was always a big deterrent of the OC to me.

Good lord, it seems like OC was built for driving, driving, and......driving.

What technically should be a 10 minute drive from one house to another turns into 35 minutes of endless streets with concrete walls. That is one thing I do detest about OC.

Also their sheltered outlook on life- everything scares them, they live in a bubble. A majority of my family was born and raised there and everything freaks them out. lol
