Can't imagine this is a problem past age 25. I don't know many "frat" guys that get into fights. I assume you are talking more about the Monster energy drink MMA steroid dudes in elevated trucks? I rarely see these guys in Carlsbad, Encinitas, or Del Mar. I've seen a lot in Oceanside, El Cajon type areas- generally more working class- but most of the dude's don't try to start fights and actually seem like decent people even if I wouldn't drink the same drinks or drive the same truck.

Why would age matter? Those guys would do that around older men and children.
