That's in North Park, and I wouldn't call it ghetto. It's in the city, and about a mile from where I live. Not everyone has the income that you do to spend on rent. If I did, I wouldn't be renting.

The dating scene for black guys is amazing in san diego, I absoloutely loved it....you said your from jersey then your familiar with the way northeast (philly, nyc, boston) girls act its totally different the girls in san diego are real friendly and almost have that go get it attitude when it comes to guys, their not afraid to approach you or even if you approach them in a polite way you wont get a stink attitude or ignored for the most part like the northeast. I'm a new yorker and know a couple guys who relocated to san diego form new york and philly and they all told me the same thing didnt believe it untill i finally went out there the first time 7 years ago and experienced it 1st hand. I've been to SD 6 out of the past 7 years at least twice a year. i love the women out there

Hell yeah!!! I mean there aren't that many black people in san diego, everytime i've been out there i've dealt with mexican and white girls....and i have never had problems, Of course your going to get rejected but put it this way How were you doing when you lived in NJ? if you were batting 300. in NJ and you bring that same swagg to San Diego you'll bat 500.
I know 9 different guys from the tri-state area that relocated to San Diego 6 were black, 2 were hispanic (peurto rican) and the last guy was jewish. They all said the same thing about San Diego especially the 6 brothers, they were getting a ton of love from the white and mexican girls. The women out there are just more care free and easy going they dont give you a ton of attitude like new york chicks.....go out there and have a blast check out yelp.com for some reviews of some clubs, but i liked on broadway nightclub its in the gas lamp, but just approach any girl anywhere you dont have to be in a club, you can easily approach them in public and they'll be nice enough to respond even if you dont get the digits you'll get a warm response.....good luck my man
