There's one Downtown.... can't recall the address though. I think it might be on 4th Avenue not far from Horton Plaza. It has red leather barber chairs inside.

Well of there's always racism everywhere you go;but in SD County it's not really here.

To me the only way someone gets "singled out" is how much money you make and where you live in the County.
