It's about time to privatize police, fire and emergency services and hire the cheapest worker who will do a good job! This seems to work pretty well in the corporate world!

That's extremely troubling.

However, in this particular case I can't be too hard on them. Risking your life to save someone from themselves who doesn't want to be saved? That's irresponsible and dangerous.
