It looks like it was designed by Frank Lloyd Wrong.

With the army of help the owner of this place would need for upkeep, you would never be at all alone here. Not sure which would be creepier, alone in there at night, or knowing the place is crawling with "the little people" who get to eat cake.

Well he paid $37.5 Million for it in 1992. Annual property taxes $219,201.50. Good thing he has the $7000 homeowners exemption! Assessed at 20,000,000. Almost an acre of living space 41,669 sf. Plus a basement of 12,819 sf.

High Five!

People shouldnt be offended because we find personal space to be sacred.

I absolutely love having visitors stay with me and entertaining for parties and such but when its over, they need to go!

The only exception Id make is my parents and unmarried siblings(love my brothers and sisters in-law but I want to see them 24 hours a day as much as they want to see me 24 hours a day--great for a few hours, then mutual annoyance kicks in.)

I have found that family units(even units of 1 person(LOL)) are best in their own place where they can make their own rules and decorate how they like, and eat whenever they want, turn out the lights whenever they want etc.

1. We get to do our own thing.

2. It keeps the peace.

And I love peace. LOL.

The stories I could tell about my own relatives having HUGE drama about families living together. My poor aunt(mom's sister) currently has 18 people living in her house because my cousin(and hubby and kids) lost her house and another cousin recently moved in with his brood---If I were my aunt, I wouldnt even want to come home at night. Too many people staring at me.

Hope I dont sound like a jerk, but I wish them all the best, its just that I dont want to live with them.

I realize the decor and finishing in the place must be very nice and grand but at the end of the day over $1000 / square foot is overpriced. Any bets on how long before the price reductions kick in and how low they will eventually go?

I shudder to think how much stuff I would lose in a place like that. A backpack with too many pockets is enough to get me in trouble.

I shudder to think that I could get lost in my own house, but it appears quite possible at this place, especially after a few rounds of "spirits with the old boys".
