How is the SF and the Bay Area atmosphere out there for the big game on Saturday.

49ers vs Saints.

Are people going crazy?
What are you seeing?

Not noticing any crazy around here. Not that I'd expect much in, um, bakeries, grocery stores, Japanese restaurants, and burrito shops -- the usual places I visit.

I am interested enough that I got around to hooking up my antenna. Yay for Sutro Tower!

I'm pulling for Brees and the Saints. Brees is a local hometown boy... but I hope it's a good game mostly. May the best team win!

Always is in the playoffs. Sure we're excited, but fans who have been around for the other 49er playoff runs knows there's a lot of game to be played. Get into the Super Bowl and we'll get a bit more nuts . . .

As a veteran Niner fan the playoffs are always nice, especially this year with the long dry spell since the last playoffs and the new management team, but the Super Bowl is always the goal.
