I went up there years ago pre-recession during the peak of the building and home loan frenzy when my cousin was thinking of buying and I recall modest homes selling for over 1 million dollars. I wonder what these will go for?

The houses werent as nice as the top homes at Windemere in San Ramon either.

The difference between Stonebrae and Windemere is that Stonebrae is that Stonebrae is gated. And I think that's it.
