Does anyone know about this organization?
It's a gay/lesbian organization---I think that's what it's called?

TIA

Is this what you're talking about? San Francisco Spectrum Magazine Online
Looks like it's a GLBTQ magazine (print and online), but that's all I know - sorry!

Questioning or *****, depending on who you ask... used to cover anyone else who doesn't identify as "straight."

I see it edited the second word - it rhymes with beer.

Qu eer came to mind but it seemed redundant so I thought it must be something else.

To clarify, and then we should drop it...

G = Gay
L = Lesbian
B = Bisexual
T = Transgendered (which includes transsexual & transvestite)
Q = Questioning or unlabeled Qu--r

I remember when it was just "GLB," then they added the T & then the Q... some people even use two Qs, which is getting to be a bit much! Even for a PC-conscious person like myself, it's starting to get confusing. But they're just trying to cover all the bases, since people come in many "non-straight" varieties.

Thank you.
Dropped. I was just asking, because someone I know is involved in it and I guess I'm too lazy to ask her what it's all about.
