I just started working in the city, i live in the East Bay, and now that the weather is getting better i am looking for a nice place to sit and relax, maybe read a book or people watch, and have a drink (cocktail). Not a crowded noisy bar or dry coffee shop. Does such a place exist, or do i need to start carrying a flask?
