Well, why don't you just use the wi-fi wherever you are staying? Why are you looking for somewhere to work at 11pm? Why not go home? To your hotel?

What you're looking for doesn't exist. No libraries open to you late at night in the bay area. So, you'll need to do something different, right?

How about sometime adding Santa Clara and Saratoga to this list? They both have the same library hours, open until 8:00 Monday and Tuesday, but only to 6:00 on Wednesday and Thursday. Such a big library system in Santa Clara could definitely take on extended hours. The best times for me to go to those are between 6:00 and 9:00 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Mostly because use rates are too low to spend the money on keeping those open later or more frequently.

What I find stupid is that the SJPL and SCCPL systems are separate. Seems like a waste of resources.

One big system for libraries for every particular or metropolitan area rather than for each city in each metropolitan area would be much better, yes, especially when each city does anything differently than the city next door that really makes no difference. In this case having library hours the same is much less confusing.
