Has anyone know reasonal reputable furniture store? I am thinking to get a contemporary sofa set but not sure where to turn to. THe two I singled out were "star modern furniture" in mountain view and "avetex furniture" in sanfrancisco with 2-star and 3 star ratings on yelp, respectively. I like some of their design offerings that really stands out on their website, however on their web site, I am not sure they are really selling real ones or imitation. Latter seems to be the case. However if decent quality, I am fine.

I looked through several other stores i.e. ANA, JCPenney, the ones they have is really boring same design and nothing special althought they are likely to be authentic.

For me the contemporary is importnat, I am not looking to get classic, heavy and expensive style.

Any ideas???

Design Within Reach in Palo Alto. They have a comprehensive online catalog, and have rotating sales through almost all categories through the year. Designers with large accounts there get good discounts. No knockoffs, amazing service.
