My partner and I just purchased some property in the La Tierra part of town, and now we are looking for a good builder to design/build a casita now, then the main house in a couple of years.
Any recommendations/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There are several really good design/build firms here. In addition to any recommendations folks on this forum may make, your Realtor should be one of your first go-to sources. I'll bet you've already asked him!
