Hi, I'll be in Santa Fe with my sisters the first of March for a spa weekend! We only plan on spa activities one day however and want to shop and visit galleries the other days. Can anyone please recommend a great hotel with a spa? Or a fun hotel or B&B with a spa that is close? Thanks much!

Default Santa Fe spa hotels near plaza

If you want to be within walking distance of the Plaza, you need to look at The Eldorado, La Fonda or Inn at Lorreto. They're all hotels first, that offer some sort of spa service:

Santa Fe New Mexico's Eldorado Hotel and Nidah Spa. Historic Santa Fe Plaza location featuring luxury accommodations, amenities, and business services.

If you want a real treat, consider the drive up the hill to Ten Thousand Waves:

Have fun!

Ten Thousand Waves is wonderful... I've been there several times. But it's the only spa I've been to in SF! For a spa hotel combo closer to town, La Posada is supposed to be very nice.

Default Santa Fe Vacation Rentals

There is one little residential neighborhood right behind the Eldorado Hotel that has numerous vacation rentals and 3 B and B's.

Here is the website for the vacation rentals Santa Fe Vacation Rentals

You can stay in a house for the same price as the Eldorado charges for a room and still go visit their spa. The Plaza/shopping is two blocks away.

Hi all, we booked Inn and Spa at Loretto for early March. Thanks for the recommendations as I'll likely try other venues at later times. Already have an 80 minute massage booked. Ahhhhh, can't wait!
