Wondering if there are communities in the vacinity of Sarasota/Bradenton airport that get a lot of air traffic noise. I seem to think people were complaining in Tara, but I'm not sure.

They seem to fly over the western half of LWR and River Club pretty often on approach but it's not bad, they are still relatively high for it to be a problem.

People in Tara complain about that? I would think the noise would be negligable in Tara. Even in LWR I cant see it being an issue.

My ex MIL lives on Edwards Dr directly across the street from the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport and they've lived there for over 40 years. She tells me it never bothered her. These days they're a little hard of hearing so I suppose that would account for some of the "not bothering them".

Good grief, we are in the direct flight path of the airport and we almost forget it's there! To us, it's barely an issue, in fact my husband loves to watch the planes! There really aren't many.
If people in places like LWR and Tara are complaining then I really don't know what to say, other than that they must be ultra sensitive!
