In a perfect world two homicide cops would be paying your acquaintance a visit and he would have to admit that he had zero to do with them that night, was just trying to make his pathetic life more interesting....Unfortunately cops are busy with real witnesses.

it is interesting that the public reaction is what it is about the newtown killings. 2 white guys got killed by a black guy and the comments are they were stupid for being there. they had to be up to no good or looking for drugs. let 2 black guys go to casey or siesta key and get killed by a white guy, would the reaction be the same?

i think it sucks when victims get blamed. Maybe they were buying drugs, maybe they were walking through the streets drunk & talking smack. Doesn't mean they deserve to be shot.

or maybe they got lost. whatever - unless they were holding a gun to someone else and threatening to take their life no one can make any excuse that they "were asking for it". You should be able to walk somewhere with out getting killed.

Ive been here long enough, look through my past comments, you won't find me to be a troll. The point about reporting this is a good one, I just got this info, & I think I will do that tomorrow, although his cooperation, I can't give.
I'm not blaming these two men for being murdered. Im not saying it wasn't a terrible thing to happen. I'm saying that it was very unwise. This isn't something anyone here doesn't know.
I also said I can't believe that people are so naive that they can't fathom these men being in a place like Newtown at 3am, they must have wandered in accidentally, or been tricked in. People were saying this before anything was known about the case.
