facts?: Where did I state carts did NOT meet safety requirements?
I do stand corrected if the carts have restraints.
Are your passengers required by law to wear them? Do you enforce it?
How about side impact protection? Are your carts like the photo in the article...in other words, nothing?
I would still prefer to be in a smart car than your cart in a side impact.
I understand you make a living driving carts around, good for you.
