Art Center Manatee is in a pretty bad location for dinner dining!
Your choices are going to be limited to what's on Old Main St (12th St W), and Pier 22 at Twin Dolphin.
I haven't been to any of these places, but you might be able to find some reviews online.

I recommend Pier 22 - it's fabulous in every way. Great food, great selection of food and you cannot beat the setting and ambiance.

We were actually at Pier 22 yesterday! LOVED IT!! Love the history of it, the jazz playing throughout, the view...fantastic. I wish we had waited to have lunch there instead of just drinks.
