There's a little bakery in the mall across the street from McDonald's on Manatee Avenue. I don't know the name but that's where you can check first. Otherwise, I'm thinking Sarasota, look in phone book or google.

Panificio on Main Street in Sarasota has THE BEST cannoli that they fill for you as you order it. I haven't been there in a few years, since I moved away, but I cannot wait to go back and have myself another cannoli.
