I feel from this reply, that you believe that I don't have respect for the law?

I wrote "sounds like you are a cop" that is ALL I said, I do not see how to derived from this any implication that I disrespect the law, but just so we are clear, I have 2 friends who are cops, one is retired, one is active.

And yes I agree it is a novel idea.

I agree with you that lifesAptich sounded like he was in law enforcement. But I don't think NPhomeowner's post implied anything about you. Internet postings are sometimes hard to read because there is no way to get the emotion that goes with the statement. To me it "sounds" like NP was talking about lifesAptich's respect for law, not saying you don't respect the law.

Thank you, yes, you are right. It can be hard to read the emotion behind a post. I digress.

Give this woman the Prize, she wins!

I'm sorry ultra violet that you thought I meant you had no respect for the law. Not my intent at all.

If this really happened your husband should have called the police headquarters on the spot & gave them the officers badge # and reported the officer. However this being said, I don't believe your husbands story! Sounds to me that your husband went & blew $350 & just didn't want to tell you about it!
