I wrote "sounds like you are a cop" that is ALL I said, I do not see how to derived from this any implication that I disrespect the law, but just so we are clear, I have 2 friends who are cops, one is retired, one is active.

If this really happened your husband should have called the police headquarters on the spot & gave them the officers badge # and reported the officer.
