Sam Rogers is a long time franchisee of Arthur Rutenberg. You definitely get a lot more for your money going with Sam Rogers or Arthur Rutenberg. I can tell you the difference in build quality is huge when compared to Lennar. With Lennar you cannot select anything, even the color of your house. With SR or AR you have control. Walk through the homes and check them out. Lennar is tricky with their models because they have added features and additions that you cannot have even if you wanted to pay for them so it is misleading. Best to go look at one of the Lennar houses almost complete during construction to see what you actually get. Bottom line is there is something in Gran Paradiso for everyone and every budget. I can highly recommend SR and AR. Very high quality. Lennar, I would stay away from.

This is a link to a previous post I made after out house hunting trip to Venice. I hope you find it helpful. Gran Paradiso is indeed a really lovely community, and the clubhouse is fantastic. His and hers locker rooms with steam rooms. Huge pool under construction. But as you'll read...we bought across the street.
