Hi all. I'm considering buying a house at the Northern end of Sorrento Shores in Osprey near their little marina, and have a few questions.
1. Is Blackburn Bay a no-wake zone all the way down to Venice Inlet, or do the wider stretches allow for higher speeds? If anyone knows a link to a map of this, I would be grateful if you'd share.
2. None of the listings are specific about the water supply. I see that the neighborhood is still on septic systems, but is the tap water from wells or a municipal water supply?
3. Insights about the demographics? We're in our early 50's, but youthful for our age, so not ready for a full blown old folks home neighborhood yet.
4. Is there any other random thing I should know, like does the neighborhood flood every time a tropical storm sneezes in the direction of SWFL, a high crime area nearby or unusually high frequency of alien abductions, things like that?
